Neil Lapinson the owner of Disaster Restoration Cleaning t/a Dr. Cleaning started in a family business selling and servicing Janitorial supplies and equipment since 1982. From the beginning he attended factory sponsored classes learning from top instructors on all aspects of the water restoration and floor care industry. Within a few years he was one of the industry leaders getting involved with training as well as working with manufacturers with product development. He has always had hands on involvement with his customers as well as the manufacturers he worked with. After years of working at this end of the industry he wanted a change and started Dr. Cleaning. Working in the industry he loved and grew up with and is now servicing commercial and residential customers.
Neil still works closely with his janitorial customers and manufacturers helping them improve their services as well as building his own family owned business. He still sells and services all types of equipment.
